Brazil Rotary Club Food Booth Agreement 2011

The undersigned Brazil Rotary Club and the food booth occupant named below do enter into this agreement of set-up procedures and operation restrictions for the Brazil Rotary Fourth of July Celebration.

1.) Brazil Rotary Club will assign booth locations.

2.) Food booths may be set up July 1 between 2:00pm and 5:00pm.  Booths  open for serving July 2-4.           

3.) The following items may not be sold:

     a.) popcorn

     b.) cotton candy

     c.) caramel apples

     d.) corndogs

     e.) funnel cakes

     f.) elephant ears

     g.) lemon shake-ups or lemonade

4.) Organizations must have IRS 501C status

5.) Booth removal on July 4^th after the Carnival has closed.  No vehicles allowed in the Food Booth area until the Carnival has closed.   

6.) Rental Fee based upon the size of Booth
