Brazil Rotary Club Food Booth Agreement

The undersigned Brazil Rotary Club and the food booth occupant named below do enter into this agreement of set-up procedures and operation restrictions for the Brazil Rotary Fourth of July Celebration.

1.) Brazil Rotary Club will assign booth locations.

2.) Food booths may be set up July 1, 2008 and open for serving July 2-4, 2008.

3.) The following items may not be sold, due to agreements we have with Burton Bros. Shows:

a.) popcorn

b.) cotton candy

c.) candy & caramel

d.) apples or apple slices

e.) corndogs

f.) Italian /polish sausage

g.) funnel cakes

h.) elephant ears

i.) shaved ice

j.) lemon shake-ups or fresh squeezed lemonade

k.) curly fries

l.) gyros

m.) caramel corn

n.) taffy

4.) Food booth occupants are responsible for cleanup of booth space by July 5, 2008.

5.) Rental Fee of $100 (one hundred dollars) and a copy of the food both occupant’s tax

form 501C are due by June 22, 2008. Make the check payable to the Brazil Rotary

Club and mail to Sam Crawn, 105 S. Forest Ave, Brazil, IN 47834.

6.) The first 11 paid applications will be accepted.
